Planting

I planted my Topsy Turvies on Tuesday, April 28. I put two tomato plants in one (one early producer and one late producer) and two cucumbers in the other. It was a bit tough getting the plants down through the hole. The bag comes with a foam insert for a 2-inch hole in the bottom. The insert is split and you put the plant stems in the split, thread the top of the plant down through the hole, and then the foam insert seals the hole up. The tomato looked a bit bedraggled. It looks better today, but the cucumber looks a tad sad.
